The GRbN Wikia is a more navigable storage depot for important information that all characters have access to. The main pages for it are those of the Characters and Districts pages where basic information for the faces and places of the game can be found, but there is also extensive information on Influences and how to use them that has been parsed out of the book Dark Epics for ease of reference.
